We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
Can you deliver to my building’s floors?
According to regular transport procedures, deliveries are done to the ground floor entrance of your building.
 
Once the items have been added to the cart, you may choose whether to pay the optional installation cost if the delivery is to a different floor. Please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team at 0333 7777 575 if this option isn’t available; we can typically provide you with a pricing.
