1. Nonconformity/Damaged/Incorrect Model:
If the product you receive is damaged, does not meet the order specifications, or is an incorrect model, please contact us within the specified return window. Depending on the product type and circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. CKD (Completely Knocked Down) Products:
Many of our products are delivered as CKD. If any components are found to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty policy.

3. Major Defects:
For significant defects or malfunctions, you are eligible for a return or replacement under our warranty policy terms.

4. Customized or Upholstered Products:
Customized or upholstered products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable defect or flaw in the item.

5. Website Content Discrepancies:
If misleading or inaccurate information on our website leads to the purchase of a product, Potenza Furniture assumes responsibility, and a return will be processed accordingly.

6. Transportation Damage (Post-Delivery):
Potenza Furniture is not responsible for any damage caused during the customer’s transportation of the product, especially when shifting it from one location to another. For knockdown products, disassembly is necessary before moving. Customers can request paid repair services from Potenza for assistance.

7. Replacement for Defective Items:
If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition, it qualifies for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available. If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Refund Policy

Refunds typically take 2-3 weeks to process after receiving the returned product. Once we receive your item, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection by our Quality Assurance & Quality Control team to confirm eligibility for a refund.

2. Requirements for Refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with the Potenza Furniture brand logo intact.
  • All original packaging, kits, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided with the returned product.

3. Partial Refunds:
If any components are missing or the product has been damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse, a partial refund may be issued. The exact amount will be determined by our costing department after evaluating the issue.

4. Customized Product Assessments:
For customized or specially designed products, refunds may be subject to additional considerations. A deduction may apply if the product was tailored to specific customer requirements and cannot be resold.
